May 1st 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse Office there will be an association meeting. This is the Annual Members Meeting and sign in will begin at 6:30 PM. The agenda is as follows:

1. Collection of election ballots
2. Call to order by the president
3. Election of a chairman of the meeting
4. Calling of the roll and certifying proxies
5. Proof of notice of meeting or waiver notice
6. Reading and disposal of any unapproved minutes
7. Reports of Officers
8. Reports of committees
9. Appointment of inspectors of election
10. Determination of number of Administrators
11. Election of directors
12. Unfinished Business
13. New Business
14. Adjournment

Immediately following the Annunal Meeting, an organizational meeting of the Board of Directors will be convened.

A new area detailing the floor plans of the different types of units has been added. It can be found here. And i also uploaded a flyer from 2004 showcasing the Village At Dadeland. You can click on the below link to download the flyer, but beware it is rather large at 65mbs. The condo fees on the flyer are not accurate and as far as I know the phone numbers found on the flyer are not active.

The main purpose of this website is to keep residents and condo owners up-to-date on news regarding this property. It will also display the dates and locations for future association meetings along with a signup form available for anyone interested in receiving the newsletter. The dates and location of future association meetings will also be sent via the newsletter. If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter there is a link in the upper right side of this website.

This site and domain were registered and created on November 13th 2011, the same day it went live. As I have more time I will update it and make the overall appearance much better.
